AREA SERVED: Charter coach service from Fredericksburg/Richmond, VA to all points and places within the United States and Canada.

EQUIPMENT: 55 passenger deluxe motorcoaches. All motorcoaches are equipped with air-conditioning, reclining seats, public address system, 2-way radio dispatch, rest rooms, and baggage compartments. Coaches are equipped with DVD or VHS systems. Video coaches based on availability at time of request. Wheelchair-equipped motorcoaches available upon request.

32 Passenger Trolleys are also available for charter. Equipped with air-conditioning, audio systems, and handicapped accessibility available.

LOCAL SERVICES: Service within the Fredericksburg/Richmond/Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. Airport Shuttles Regan National/Dulles and BWI.

INTERSTATE CHARTER RATES: Interstate charter service originating from Fredericksburg/Richmond to all points within the United States and Canada. BASIC CHARGES to be assessed will be on a mileage basis or at an hourly rate, whichever is greater. All tolls and parking fees will be charged where applicable. Coach use at destination, driver and relief driver expenses, etc. can be discussed with the Charter Sales department.

SPECIAL INFORMATION: All services require a $200.00 deposit per coach in US dollars or 10% of the charter amount, whichever is greater, to reserve the coach (unless prior credit approval has been made), and must be prepaid no later than 14 days prior to date of operation. Cancellations for all charter services must be made no later than 14 days prior to date of service. Cancellations made within 7 days of service will result in forfeiture of full charter charge.

No smoking allowed on any coach. No eating or drinking allowed on any coach operating within a 2 hour driving radius of Washington, D.C.
